Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints.Work independently and as part of a team.

Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads.

Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels.

Retrieve and maintain any delivery tools and documents.

Fill out all necessary documents (timesheet, sign-in sheet).

Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform 130 and up to 200 stops a day

Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of delivery vehicle daily, we dispatch at 8:00am - 9:00am every day.

Your vehicle must be always operated safely.

Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude.

Be able to work in all types of weather.

Be able to climb stairs and get in and out of truck at least 200 times per day.

Be on time and ready to work each work day.

Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check.

Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs.

Prefer drivers with prior delivery driver experience in the last three years.

Complete a driver training program including classroom and on the road tasks totaling approximately 40 hours prior to solo driving and delivering.

Pass a DOT physical and renew every two years.

Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued possible random drug screens throughout employment.

Have a valid California driver’s license.
